  • How do I start my service?
We will need to know the size of your property, the number of dogs you have, and how many days you are looking for service. Get a FREE quote here https://k9doodiepatrol.com/ Please call 609-817-5937 if you have any questions.
  • Do I have to be home when you service my yard?
The initial consultation is the only time you need to be home. In fact most of the time, we’ll probably visit your yard is when you aren’t home.
  • What if I need to skip a service date?
Simply email us a day in advance and we’ll note it in our calendar.
  • How will I be billed?
Your first payment is due when service begins. Invoices will be rendered by K9 Doodie Patrol, LLC. to the customer by the end of each month, and are due in full within 10 days of the following month. Any invoice or scheduled payment over 10 days past due will be subject to a late fee of $20.00 a month. K9 Doodie Patrol, LLC. reserves the right to suspend service when payments become more than 10 days past due. This agreement price has been negotiated and agreed upon based on the customer’s needs. Also, there is a $25 return check fee.
  • What happens on holidays?
If your scheduled service day falls on an observed holiday (these are dates that are generally observed by Federal employees), we will not provide service on that date. Your service will continue the following scheduled day.
  • What areas do you service?
We service all of Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth and Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties. If you town is not listed give us a call.
  • Do I have to sign any type of service contract?
Absolutely not. We do require you to sign a consent form that allows us access to your property to conduct the necessary pet waste clean up.
  • Do I need to unlock my gate?
We will not climb or jump over fences to get into your yard. You may provide us with a gate lock key or combination if that is more convenient for you during the first visit.
  • Will you service my yard during all types of weather?
We work in most weather. However, if it’s really heavy rain and/or lightning storms, then we may plan to stay home instead. If a storm continues throughout the day, your service may be delayed. If this occurs, your service day will be made up the next cleaning. There may be times that very heavy snow could prevent us from servicing your yard, however, our policy, in those rare cases, is that we still charge the normal service rate since there will be twice the amount of waste for us to take care of the next regularly scheduled service time. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you service it?
Yes! We love meeting other dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard to perform service. If you know that your dog isn’t good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog won’t allow us to clean your yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your dog so that we can safely provide services for you and your family. Hopefully, over time, your dog will get to know us and be accepting of us ,so that they can be out there with us, when we come to care for your yard.

As a rule, we do not credit weeks skipped due to weather conditions as we expect to pick up twice the amount of waste the following week which forces our yard techs to take longer than usual. However inclement weather is something we have no control over and the safety of our staff is important to us.

  • What if I need to skip a service date?
Simply log into your client portal and make any necessary adjustments. https://client.sweepandgo.com/login/k9-doodie-patrol-xwmoz/
  • How will I be billed?
Upon signing up for service you are required to have a credit card on file. Your first payment is due once the initial clean up is complete along with the remainder of that month’s services. Invoices will be rendered and charged to the customer by the first of the month. Payment past 10 days will be subject to a late fee of $20.00. K9 Doodie Patrol, LLC. reserves the right to suspend service when payments become more than 10 days past due.
  • What happens on holidays?
If your scheduled service day falls on an observed holiday (these are dates that are generally observed by Federal employees), we will not provide service on that date. Your service will continue the following scheduled service day. We do not credit weeks skipped  as we expect to pick up twice the amount of waste the following week which forces our yard techs to take longer than usual.
  • What areas do you service?
We service all of Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth and Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
  • Do I have to sign any type of service contract?
    We do not require contracts.
  • Do I need to unlock my gate?
Techs need to have full access to yards in order to provide efficient service. We ask all customers to make sure gates are easily accessible.
  • Will you service my yard during all types of weather?
As you can imagine winter brings on many challenges for your dog(s) and their normal routine.  Same applies with us as your pooper scooper. We scoop your dog’s poop in all weather – winter, spring, summer and fall.  In the case of extreme weather (I.e., heavy precipitation, snow, freezing rain, ice, etc.) that may cause potentially threatening situations to our staff, we may need to skip your service day. As a rule, we do not credit weeks skipped due to weather conditions as we expect to pick up twice the amount of waste the following week which forces our yard techs to take longer than usual. We’re aware that this can be a frustration for some as it is also frustrating for us as well. Our techs would prefer to continue their weekly routine as normal. However inclement weather is something we have no control over and the safety of our staff is important to us.
