We service all of Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth and Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties. If you town is not listed give us a call. - Do I have to sign any type of service contract?
Absolutely not. We do require you to sign a consent form that allows us access to your property to conduct the necessary pet waste clean up. - Do I need to unlock my gate?
We will not climb or jump over fences to get into your yard. You may provide us with a gate lock key or combination if that is more convenient for you during the first visit. - Will you service my yard during all types of weather?
We work in most weather. However, if it’s really heavy rain and/or lightning storms, then we may plan to stay home instead. If a storm continues throughout the day, your service may be delayed. If this occurs, your service day will be made up the next cleaning. There may be times that very heavy snow could prevent us from servicing your yard, however, our policy, in those rare cases, is that we still charge the normal service rate since there will be twice the amount of waste for us to take care of the next regularly scheduled service time. We appreciate your understanding. - Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you service it?
Yes! We love meeting other dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard to perform service. If you know that your dog isn’t good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog won’t allow us to clean your yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your dog so that we can safely provide services for you and your family. Hopefully, over time, your dog will get to know us and be accepting of us ,so that they can be out there with us, when we come to care for your yard.
