Upon signing up for service you are required to have a credit card on file. Your first payment is due once the initial clean up is complete along with the remainder of that month’s services. Invoices will be rendered and charged to the customer by the first of the month. Payment past 10 days will be subject to a late fee of $20.00. K9 Doodie Patrol, LLC. reserves the right to suspend service when payments become more than 10 days past due.
  • What happens on holidays?
If your scheduled service day falls on an observed holiday (these are dates that are generally observed by Federal employees), we will not provide service on that date. Your service will continue the following scheduled service day. We do not credit weeks skipped  as we expect to pick up twice the amount of waste the following week which forces our yard techs to take longer than usual.
  • What areas do you service?
We service all of Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth and Ocean, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
  • Do I have to sign any type of service contract?
    We do not require contracts.
  • Do I need to unlock my gate?
Techs need to have full access to yards in order to provide efficient service. We ask all customers to make sure gates are easily accessible.
  • Will you service my yard during all types of weather?
As you can imagine winter brings on many challenges for your dog(s) and their normal routine.  Same applies with us as your pooper scooper. We scoop your dog’s poop in all weather – winter, spring, summer and fall.  In the case of extreme weather (I.e., heavy precipitation, snow, freezing rain, ice, etc.) that may cause potentially threatening situations to our staff, we may need to skip your service day. As a rule, we do not credit weeks skipped due to weather conditions as we expect to pick up twice the amount of waste the following week which forces our yard techs to take longer than usual. We’re aware that this can be a frustration for some as it is also frustrating for us as well. Our techs would prefer to continue their weekly routine as normal. However inclement weather is something we have no control over and the safety of our staff is important to us.
  • Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you service it?
Yes! We love meeting other dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us into the yard to perform service. If you know that your dog isn’t good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog won’t allow us to clean your yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your dog so that we can safely provide services for you and your family.

  • Do I have to be home when you service my yard?
Our techs may contact you upon arriving at the initial clean up if they have any questions other than that customers do not need to be home to be serviced.
  • What if I need to skip a service date?
Simply log into your client portal and make any necessary adjustments. https://client.sweepandgo.com/login/k9-doodie-patrol-xwmoz/
  • How will I be billed?
